Must-follow guidelines

1. Submit PNG or JPEG files
We recommend PNG if you want to have a transparent background and JPEG for everything else. -
2. Graphic size
The graphic should be over 300 dpi and no bigger than 12cm W x 10cm H - Once an order is received we will contact you with a sign off image to ensure you are happy.
- Where you do not have an embroidery file we may in rare occasions need to quote for a file to be produced.
